Our mission at CLC is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. The mission of the Men’s Ministry is to lead men to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Our goal is to build up and encourage the men of CLC to be great husbands, fathers, workers, and Christians. No matter what stage of life they find themselves in, our dream is that the men of CLC would be mighty men of God, living every facet of their lives for the glory of God. Whether they find themselves studying hard to finish a degree, leading a family, working a job in the corporate world, learning how to live out retired life, or perhaps living out a few of these, we desire for the men of CLC to do it all for God’s glory.
Every other month, all the men of CLC are invited out for breakfast and great fellowship. It will be a great time of encouragement and refreshing. Come on out and get to know other men in the church, enjoy a hearty breakfast (yes, there will be meat!), and be encouraged and refreshed with God’s word. It will be a great time of strengthening and you don't want to miss it.
Through men's small groups, CLC is able to strengthen and encourage the men to continue to become the men God desires for them to become. A few books that have been read by men in the past are Tender Warrior by Stu Weber and Wild at Heart by John Eldredge.
There will also be events that will be offered to the men of the house every few months. They will be great opportunities for men to get together and bond over a football game or a pot of chili. Get excited about what God wants to do in the men at CLC. He is doing a good thing.
